THE POWERS ALIGN

This is life changing. In the past I have either tried to push aside my feelings or try to just really allow myself to feel them but that never resulted in any resolution.

I've worked with other somatic techniques but this is so simple and yet deep and makes sense.

This is a game-changer! The combination of breathwork and the invitation to integrate the feelings was pivotal. It was much more so than other things I've tried in the past. During the process I can feel an alignment taking place and afterwards an ease within the body.​
